Pear ganache blended with Poire William eau de vie (water of life) and surrounded by milk chocolate.
Poire William is generally served as an after dinner drink and the finest producers include a whole pear which is grown inside each bottle. This is achieved by attaching the bottle to a budding pear tree so the pear will grow inside it. As this is not a viable option we decided to put a beautiful green pear made from chocolate on the top.
This delicious treat is a fine example of luxury chocolate from Belgian chocolatiers that will add a touch of class to gathering or event.
Remember to put a few a side for yourself.

Sugar, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, full cream milk powder, glucose syrup, invert sugar, poire william 50%vol, skimmed milk powder, anhydrous milk fat, milk fat, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavouring (natural vanilla), natural flavouring, colours (E141, E100). May contain traces of nuts, gluten and eggs.
